Do any of your products have nuts/gluten/dairy in them?
NONE, whatsoever. (We're deathly allergic!) Each product has a full ingredient list in the description. You'll always know exactly what's in your regalia.
Do you do returns/exchanges?
Due to the nature of the items we have, we don't do returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. Please do a skin patch to test your regalia to ensure no allergic reaction will occur. Please see the link to our full Refund Policy at the bottom of the page.
My tracking number hasn't updated?
Please be patient! At times, it may take 24-48 hours for carriers to update tracking. Please also allow for possible carrier delays due to COVID-19.
My regalia arrived broken/was stolen/etc., what ought I do?
Please know that we quality check EVERY package, and they are sent out in perfect shape. Once it leaves our hands, it is no longer ours to handle. If your regalia arrives broken due to the carrier or is stolen in transit, ALL orders have insurance on them! Please file a claim with the carrier in charge. If a conclusion can still not be made between you and the post, please send us an email at info@regalianaturals.com with your order number so we may come to a helpful conclusion.
How do I cancel my order?
If you want to edit or completely cancel your order, please send us an email with you order number and details of your needs ASAP at info@regalianaturals.com! Once that order is dropped off, we won't be able to make changes or cancel.
